Pop’s Grog Shop does not sell alcohol to persons under the age of 21. By using this site you swear and affirm that you are over the age of 21. Pop’s Grog Shop makes every effort to ensure that alcoholic beverages are not delivered to anyone who is under the age of 21. By using this site you are acknowledging that the person receiving a delivery of alcoholic beverages from Pop’s Grog Shop is over the age of 21. You also agree that any alcohol purchased from Pop’s Grog Shop is intended for personal consumption and not for resale. If you do not agree with these conditions of use please do not use this site. If you intentionally or unintentionally misrepresent your age in order to provide alcohol to a person under the age of 21, Pop’s Grog Shop will prosecute you fully to the extent allowable by law.
While we make every effort to show accurate product listings on our website, Pop’s Grog Shop Company is not responsible if a listed product is out of stock or for typographical, pricing errors, and omissions. Thank you for your understanding.
We do not deliver to PO boxes or APO addresses.
We offer 2 delivery options:
A customer can pick up their purchase at the store. We will communicate to you if there is any delay in preparing the order. When you pick your order up at the store, you will be asked to present the credit card used for the purchase and your valid ID. The ID name must match the name on the credit card.
When we deliver your order you will be asked to present the credit card you purchased the order with and your valid ID. The ID name must match the name on the credit card.
We will deliver up to 10 miles from the store for an additional $2.50.
An email will immediately acknowledge receipt of your order.
If an ordered item is unavailable or out of stock, we will immediately contact you to determine how to proceed.

No Returns: Because of the nature of the product, we are unable to offer refunds for purchases made on this website. Please select your purchases carefully. Pop’s Grog Shop is committed to 100% customer satisfaction, so we are happy to look at your concerns if there is a problem with your order. We do not guarantee that we will offer replacement product or refund.
The website may occasionally contain errors, including incorrect pricing, photos or descriptions, or display products that are no longer available. We reserve the right to decline and refund an order for any reason.
